Here in beautiful British Columbia we get a three day weekend! Monday is BC's first official family day! How great is that! I had some pretty good eats this weekend, and some pretty good Love Moments. Here is my recap!
Love Moment 1:
Ingredients:
1 orange, peeled
1 banana, peeled
1/2 cup of diced strawberries
1/2 cup frozen berries mix
1 tbsp of ground flax
1 tbsp of sprouted flax and maca hemp protein powder
Blend until smooth.
Loving my new David's Tea Bubble Mugs! Green is Mike's favourite colour so I let him have that one :) and I took the white one. They are so cute and tiny!
I am so grateful for .......my knees haha. Shadow, Mike and I went on our first trail run/walk of the season. It was a beautiful sunny day today and we took advantage of soaking in the Vitamin D by heading up to Rolley Lake. As I said Im am very grateful that my knees felt fully healed and didn't give out on me.

Love Moment 5:
I have a slight addiction to watching "The Walking Dead" which has been on a mid-season hiatus since before Christmas. It has been almost 2 months and the season is starting back up again today! So in honour of this special occasion we invited some good friends over and I made some tasty snacks for us to eat! I made Homemade Tortilla Chips (in the shape of hearts for Valentines Day) with Hemp Heart Hummus. Recipe will be up on the blog this week.
