Happy Early Valentines Day Treats & Crafts....

I actually whipped these up on the weekend but I thought they would make an awesome Valentine's day dessert! Aren't they pretty! Eating these would definitely be a good way to start or end your Valentine's day, who says you cant have dessert for breakfast.

I hope you enjoy this healthy dessert as much as we did. There are many different raw brownie recipes that I have played around with, this is my compilation of all of the recipes and experiments I've done.

Raw Nut Cacao Bites, topped with Vanilla Cashew Cream and Strawberries
Nut Bites serve 9-12 depending on the size
Cashew Cream - serves 4-5
Time 30-40 minutes

Raw Nut Cacao Bite Ingredients:
1 cup of cashews
1 cup of almonds
½ cup pumpkin seeds
½ cup walnuts

Blend all of this in your food processor.

1 cup pure cacao powder
1 cup of dried, soft pitted prunes or dates
2 1/2 tbsp coconut oil
1 1/2 tbsp agave syrup

Blend again....

Refrigerate for 1 hour, then cut into bars and serve.

Cashew Cream Ingredients:

I followed this recipe from Tosca Reno's Blog. It is super simple and easy to follow.

Top the Raw Nut Cacao Bite with the Vanilla Cashew Cream and sliced strawberries. Ah Love!!

I thought I would also throw in some other craft ideas that I have made for Valentines Day.

Mike is a huge tea drinker! He loves tea! He has multiple cups a day, every tea from earl grey, green tea, rooibos, and all herbal tea's!

So I made him a special teabag for his morning tea on Valentines Day. Isn't it Cute!

We use loose leaf tea a lot, gotta love Davids Tea! So I filled one of our tea bags with some loose leaf tea, folded the corners and the top and put one staple through it to hold it in place. Then I took these cute felt hearts that I found at Michaels on the weekend and stitched some embroidery thread to them and attached the heart and thread to the tea bag, and TA DA a wonderful straight from the heart Valentines gift.

This is another great idea which I made for Mike for one of his Christmas Presents but would work perfect for Valentines Day too. This is no new idea it is all over Pinterest! But I thought I would share with you what mine looked like and some of my favourite ones.

52 Reasons why I love you deck of cards:

Here are some of my favourite ones:

For my co-workers I made these cute little treats, these are totally NOT healthy and made super quick so they are not my finest work haha!!

I hope that you all have the most amazing Valentines Day tomorrow filled with lots of love!
